    • Product images/videos (proof of damage)
  3. Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We offer free replacement for damaged or incorrect items
  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days

🔸 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
